The Toronto Blue Jays’ minor league affiliates were 4-1 in five games on Friday.

Buffalo Bisons 10, Syracuse Mets (NYM) 6

The Buffalo Bisons (42-25) three runs in the third and five in the fifth on their way to beating the Syracuse Mets again, winning 10-6.

At the top of the order, Logan Warmoth was 2/5 with a home run, three RBI and two runs. Riley Adams had another strong game, going 2/5 with two doubles, two RBI and a run while Tyler White was 1/4 with a double, a walk, two RBI and a run. Kevin Smith was 1/3 with a walk, a run and a stolen base while Christian Colon was 1/4 with a walkl, an RBI and a run. Cullen Large was 1/4 with a walk, an RBI and a run. Nash Knight had a couple of hits, going 2/4 with two runs and Richard Urena was 1/4 with an RBI. Dilson Herrera was 1/3 with a walk and a run.

Anthony Kay started for the Bisons, giving up three runs on two hits (one HR) with two walks and a stirkeout in three innings. Travis Bergen gave up three hits but no hits in the fourth and Tyler Chatwood allowed a run on three hits with a walk in the fifth. Kirby Snead threw two innings, giving up an unearned run on two hits with three strikeouts and Hobie Harris gave up a solo home run and a walk, allowing a run in the eighth. Bryan Baker finished with a clean ninth.

Roster Notes: Alejandro Kirk was recalled by the Blue Jays and Anthony Morales (Dunedin) and Vinny Capra (New Hampshire) were promoted to Buffalo.

New Hampshire Fisher Cats 5, Reading Fightin Phils (PHI) 4

The New Hampshire Fisher Cats (30-36) earned their 30th win and held off the Reading Fightin Phils, who scored four runs in the top of the ninth, to win 5-4.

Returning to the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, Casey Lawrence had a strong start, going five scoreless innings and allowing just two hits and two walks with four strikeouts for his first win back in New Hampshire. Brody Rodning allowed a hit in one inning and Emerson Jimenez walked two and struck out two in the seventh. Jon Harris pitched a scoreless eighth, walking one and striking out one before Will McAffer allowed four runs (three earned) on two hits and two walks in 1/3 of an inning and Kyle Johnston got the save, walking one and striking out one in the final 2/3.

Austin Martin had a big game, getting on base four times and going 2/2 with a triple, two walks and three runs, adding a stolen base. L.J. Talley was 2/4 with an RBI and Rodrigo Vigil was 1/4. Reggie Pruitt was 1/3 with a run and a stolen base and Otto Lopez was 1/4 with two RBI.

Roster Notes: Vinny Capra was promoted to Buffalo and Nick Podkul was activated off the injured list.

Vancouver Canadians 2, Everett AquaSox (SEA) 8

The Vancouver Canadians (32-38) lost again, by the same score, 8-3 to the Everett AquaSox.

Right fielder Will Robertson went 2/3 with a run and Eric Rivera was 1/3 with a walk and an RBI. Zac Cook was 1/4 with two RBI and a walk and Spencer Horwitz was 1/2 with two walks and one run.

Adam Kloffenstein started, giving up seven runs (six earned) on three hits (one HR) and four walks, striking out two over 1 2/3 innings. Alex Nolan came on to hold the AquaSox to one run over 4 1/3 innings, allowing four hits and striking out one. Connor Law gave up a hit and three walks, striking out five over two innings and Cobi Johnson walkled one and struck out two in the ninth.

Dunedin Blue Jays 6, Lakeland Flying Tigers (DET) 2

The Dunedin Blue Jays (31-38) continued to roll, getting another home run from Orelvis Martinez in a 6-2 win over the Lakeland Flying Tigers.

Shortstop Orelvis Martinez was 1/3 with his 18th home run and two RBI and Steward Berroa was 3/3 with a double, a home run and two RBI, scoring twice. Hugo Cardona was 1/2 with a double, a walk, an RBI and a run while Miguel Hiraldo was 1/4 with a run.

Sem Robberse had a strong start, allowing just one run on four hits and two walks with four strikeouts in five innings to pick up his third win. Jol Concepcion walked one and struck out one in two innings and Thomas Ruwe gave up an unearned run on two hits with a walk and three strikeouts in two innings.

Roster Notes: Anthony Morales was assigned to the Buffalo Bisons and Willfrann Astudillo was sent to Dunedin from the FCL. Jiorgeny Casimir was promoted from the FCL to Dunedin while Wilgenis Alvarado and Rafael Ohashi were sent to the FCL from Dunedin.

DSL Blue Jays 1, DSL D-backs1 0

The DSL Blue Jays’ (3-4) pitching staff turned things around and got a stellar game from the pitching staff, shutting out the DSL D-backs1 1-0.

Cristopher Castro started, allowing just one hit and one walk, striking out five over the first four innings. Neiyerbe Obeso took over and got away without giving up any runs in one plus innings, walking four and allowing a hit. Yondrei Rojas walked three in 2 1/3 innings, allowing a hit with three walks and one strikeout while Frank Medina gave up a hit in 1 2/3 innings, striking out two.

The DSL Blue Jays had just five hits, with Victor Arias going 1/4 with a walk, Luis Garcia going 1/2 with a walk and a run and a stolen base. Endri Garcia was 1/3 and Francisco Veracierto was 1/3 with a walk and Luis Bullon was 1/3 with a walk.
