There were three games on the schedule on Mother’s Day with the Buffalo Bisons trying to make up a double header and the New Hampshire Fisher Cats playing against Binghamton but weather across the northeast meant that only one game was completed with a Bisons win.
Buffalo Bisons 8, Norfolk Tides (BAL) 5
The Buffalo Bisons scored six runs in the top of the sixth to come away from a double header with an 8-5 win against the Norfolk Tides as the second game was postponed.
