The Blue Jays’ affiliates had just one win on Tuesday with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats emerging victorious and the three other affiliates losing.
Buffalo Bisons 1, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders 7
The Bisons got 10 hits as a team but could only turn that into one run in a 7-1 loss to the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Railriders. Tim Lopes led the offense again, going 3/5 with two doubles in the leadoff spot, bringing his batting average to .453. Rowdy Tellez was 2/4 with a double and Roemon Fields was 2/4 and was caught stealing. Darnell Sweeney played shortstop and was 1/4 with a triple.
Ryan Borucki started and was hit hard, allowing six runs on six hits and three walks with five strikeouts over five innings. Jake Petricka provided two innings of relief, giving up an unearned run on three hits with a walk and a strikeout. Al Alburquerque finished the game, allowing two hits with one strikeout in the eighth.

New Hampshire Fisher Cats 5, Reading Fightin Phils 4
The New Hampshire Fisher Cats got some late inning heroics from Cavan Biggio who hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the ninth tie the game and Andrew Guillotte scored on a wild pitch to the give the Fisher Cats a 5-4 win over the Reading Fightin Phils. Biggio was 2/3 with a walk, home run, two RBI and a run while Jonathan Davis was 2/4 and was caught stealing. Vladimir Guerrero pushed his batting average to .388 with a double, two walks, a sacrifice fly, an RBI and two runs.
Nick Tepesch went six innings, spreading out 10 hits and a walk while allowing only three runs with two strikeouts. Craig Breslow walked one and got one out and Dusty Isaacs allowed a run over 1 2/3 innings, giving up a walk and a hit and striking out two. Jose Fernandez picked up the win, throwing an inning, walking one and striking out two.

Dunedin Blue Jays, 2, Bradenton Marauders 5
Patrick Murphy had one rough inning and the Dunedin Blue Jays’ offense couldn’t get more than two runs in a 5-2 loss to the Bradenton Marauders. Murphy gave up all five of the Marauders runs (four earned) in six innings, allowing six hits and no walks with four strikeouts. Connor Eller provided an inning without a run, allowing two hits and striking out one. Traveis Bergen allowed a hit in the eighth, striking out two.
Josh Donaldson, rehabbing from his shoulder injury, was 2/2 with a walk and an RBI, playing seven innings and making a fielding error at third base. Joshua Palacios continues to swing a hot bat, going 2/4 with two runs and a stolen base. Logan Warmoth, Nash Knight and Eduard Pinto each had a single.

Roster Notes: John La Prise was activated off the DL and Richard Urena was sent up to Buffalo.

Lansing Lugnuts 5, Kane County Cougars 6
The Lansing Lugnuts’ offense got started slowly and, despite an eighth-inning grand slam from Kacy Clemens, still lost 6-5 to the Kane County Cougars. For Clemens, it was his fifth home run and he had a single and a walk along with the four RBI. Christian Williams was 2/4 with a run and Brock Lundquist was 2/5 with an RBI. Samad Taylor hit a double, going 1/5 and Norberto Obeso was 1/1 with three walks and a run.
Turner Larkins made the start and allowed four runs on seven hits and two walks with four strikeouts in four innings before Dany Jimenez came in for the fifth and gave up a solo home run and struck out two. Graham Spraker struck out four in four innings, allowing a run on three hits and a walk.
