Buffalo Bisons 2, Toledo Mud Hens 3

The Buffalo Bisons squandered a solid start by Roberto Hernandez as the Toledo Mud Hens turned a Buffalo lead into a Toledo victory with two runs in the bottom of the ninth. He gave up just one run and walked two with four strikeouts. Pat Venditte was dominant, striking out five of the nine batters he faced over 2 1/3 innings, allowing one hit and no walks. Dustin Antolin got into the game in the ninth, nursing a 2-1 lead but allowed two runs in the walk off victory for Toledo.

The Bisons couldn’t make the most of their eight hits including two singles from Andy Burns and Jesus Montero (who drove in a run). Junior Lake was 1/2 with two walks.
