I’m back from my sojourn to the Ottawa area for a couple of performances at a Medieval Festival where Wi-Fi wasn’t part of the package. It’s time to catch up on the weekend’s action in the Blue Jays’ minor leagues. The GCL Blue Jays won their two games against the GCL Yankees West club, getting outstanding pitching on both days. The Jays are 12-3 and in first place by a game in the GCL Northwest division.

The offense was fairly quiet. David Jacob was 2/4 with a home run and two RBI while Joshua Palacios was 2/4 with a double. Francisco Rodriguez was 1/4 with a solo home run.
