FCL Blue Jays 7, FCL Yankees 8

The FCL Blue Jays (1-3) finally got a game in and fell to the FCL Yankees 8-7 in 10 innings.

Jhon Solarte hit a home run, going 1/4 with a walk, two RBI and two runs while Jose Rivas was 2/3 with an RBI and a run and Yhon Perez was 2/2, driving in a run. Rainer Nunez was 1/5 with a double, an RBI and a run while Emmanuel Sanchez was 1/3 and Angel Del Rosario was 1/2.

Yaifer Perdomo allowed just one run on one hit in three innings, but he walked four and struck out five. Jiorgeny Casimiri allowed an unearned run on a hit and a walk in the fourth, striking out one and Emerson Jimenez struck out two in his inning of work. Cesar Ayala allowed two runs on two hits (one HR) with a walk and a strikeout in 2/3 of an inning and Soenni Martinez stranded a runner and struck out one, allowing a hit in 1 1/3. Tony Rosario gave up a run on a hit and a walk with three strikeouts in two innings and Kelvin Perez took the loss, giving up three runs (two earned) on two hits and a walk with one strikeout in 1/3 of an inning before Guillermo Villasmil finished the last 2/3 of an inning.
