The Toronto Blue Jays’ minor league affiliates got two games in the Florida Complex League, winning both over the FCL Tigers West by a combined score of 25-5.

FCL Blue Jays 10, FCL Tigers West 2

The FCL Blue Jays (8-6) had a strong game, beating the FCL Tigers West in the first game of a doubleheader 10-2.

Will Robertson was with the FCL Blue Jays on a rehab assignment and hit a home run, going 2/4 with a walk, three RBI and a run. Rikelvin De Castro was on base twice,going 1/2 with a walk, two sac flies, two RBI and a run and J.J. D’Orazio was 2/3 with a double, a walk, an RBI and two runs. Peniel Brito was 1/3 with a walk and two runs and Rainer Nunez was 1/3 with a walk, an RBI and a run and Glenn Santiago was 1/4 with two RBI and a run.

Yaifer Perdomo threw five solid innings, giving up two runs on three hits (one HR), two walks and five strikeouts for the win while Eliezer Medrano walked two in the sixth and Jiorgeny Casimiri threw a clean seventh.

FCL Blue Jays 15, FCL Tigers West 3

The FCL Blue Jays (9-6) kept up their barrage, pounding out 15 runs to beat the FCL Tigers West 15-3.

Rainer Nunez led the way, going 5/5 with a double, two home runs and six RBI, scoring four times. Adriel Sotolongo was 3/3 with a double, a walk and two RBI. Emmanuel Sanchez had a pair of hits, going 2/5 with an RBI and Marcos De La Rosa was 2/2 with a triple, an RBI and two runs. Angel Del Rosario had a single, a walk, a stolen base and two runs. Amell Brazoban stole two bases, going 1/4 with a walk and two runs. Jose Rivas was 1/1 with a triple, two walks, an RBI and three runs.

Edgar Castro allowed a run on one hit (one HR) with three walks and five strikeouts over three innings and Marc Civit allowed a run in two innings on one hit and one strikeout. Brayan Mejia walked one and struck out one in the sixth and Stephen Vargas gave up a run on two hits (one HR) with one strikeout in the seventh.
